Gran Via: mixed-use project planned for west Bucharest

Developer Gran Via Group is planning a mixed use project in Bucharest over a 43,743 sqm plot of the former electric equipment producer Electrotehnica, in west Bucharest’s Strada Lujerului.
In 2008 Gran Via started to build a 6,000 apartment project in Constanta close to shopping centre Polus Center, but the works were stopped in 2009 due to the financial crisis.
