Three into one goes on energy market

The good included the three listings of state-owned companies Nuclearelectrica, Romgaz and Transgaz, all of which were agreed upon with the IMF. What′s surprising, though, given the experience of recent years, is that the Government managed to complete all three in one year.
Officials say Nuclearelectrica and Romgaz should have been listed in 2008. Unfortunately, the Government was going through a reshuffle at the time, and the move was delayed to end-2011. But that did not work out... To continue reading this article you have to be registered
