River Plaza Mall features new cinema complex
Sonae Sierra, developer of River Plaza Mall in Ramnicu Valcea, announces the launch of Line Cinema complex within the mall. The new entertaining features the latest box office cinema movie productions, including 3D productions within the two cinema halls to host 200 spectators. 2014-01-16 14:20:33
The first movie to run on the Line Cinema screens will be the recently Golden Globe nominated and winner American Hustle, Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit and 47 Ronin.
In October last year, the developer announced that the mall complex to be developed in Eastern Bucharest, ParkLake got the building permits and it is expected to begin workings. The mall will require an investment of EUR 180 million and the opening is scheduled for 2016. ParkLake received its building permit in September 2013, once the joint venture partners improved the concept of the shopping center, allowing the commencement of development. The tender for the construction is underway and works at the site will start in December.
ParkLake will consist of 70,000 sqm GLA of retail spaces with around 200 shops and 2,600 underground parking spaces. Caelum Development CEO, David Sharkey, says that the objective is to deliver the best shopping and leisure destination in the Romanian capital.
