AFI Europe completed the third office building from AFI Park with 20 million Euro investment
AFI Europe Romania reports it completed the third office building of AFI Park with 20 million Euro worth of investment, with major tenants Endava and Telus International 2015-02-06 22:13:24 - From the Print Edition
In October last year, AFI announced it had signed a financing agreement totalling 32 million Euro with BCR (Banca Comerciala Romana), a member of Erste Group, for AFI Park 2 and AFI Park 3 office buildings in AFI Park in Bucharest. The financing includes an investment loan of 17 million Euro for the AFI Park 2 office building and a development loan of 15 million Euro for the development of the AFI Park 3 office building.
In April 2014, AFI Europe began construction of AFI Park 4 and 5, the 4th phase of the office project, targeted to be finalized in October 2015. AFI Park 4 and 5 is constructed as one building served by two lobbies. The building shall total GLA of 32,000 sqm spread over 12 floors of offices served by two underground parking levels and a ground floor for providing commercial spaces. The building shall offer a floor plan of 3,000 sqm.
AFI Park will consist of 5 Class A office buildings, with a total gross leasable area of over 65,000 sqm. Together with AFI Palace Cotroceni situated in its vicinity it features the largest complex of retail and business in Romania and one of the largest in the CEE region.
