Garanti Bank finances Sunflower Grand Apartments project with EUR six million

Garanti Bank announced it granted a six million Euro loan to General Concrete Land Development for the financing of the residential project Sunflower Grand Apartments in Bucharest

The funding was granted for a period of three years. Sunflower Grand Apartments is located on Grigore Manolescu Street, in close proximity to Victoriei Square. The residential project in downtown Bucharest comprises high quality apartments and this year will be fully delivered. Following the realization with Sunflower I and II projects, Sunflower Residential Parks decided to start its new residential project located on 10-14 Grigore Manolescu Street in Sector 1 consisting of one building containing a total number of 54 units and 125 parking spaces. Garanti Bank Romania is part of the financial-banking group Garanti Romania, which brings together Garanti Leasing (the brand under which the company Motoractive IFN SA operates) and Garanti Consumer Finance (the brand under which Ralfi IFN operates).
