Greentek generates savings of 30,000 Euro for parking areas of malls and office buildings

Greentek LED Lighting, manufacturer and supplier of LED lighting systems, has completed in the past year several LED lighting projects for above-ground and underground parking lots of office buildings and shopping centres, with annual savings reaching up to 30,000 Euro for a single parking area, according to a press release issued to The Diplomat – Bucharest

2015-08-05 00:02:29 - From the Print Edition

Among its projects, Greentek recently equipped three parking lots with LED lighting systems: at Baneasa Shopping City in Bucharest, at Coresi mall in Brasov and at Europe House in downtown Bucharest.
"In such a parking lot, lighting works 12-14 hours/day or 24/24 hours in an underground lot," Victor Cotrutz, CEO and founder of Greentek, said in the release. "For example, we recently implemented a system of intelligent LED lighting in the underground parking lot of the Baneasa Shopping City mall, after which the owner obtained a saving of about 27,000 Euro per year." The underground parking of Baneasa Shopping City has about 20,000 sqm and 680 parking spaces. For the outdoor parking of Coresi, a new project in Brasov, which includes 2,400 parking lots, Greentek designed and implemented a lighting system that includes 450 LED fixtures. The underground parking of Europe House consists of 100 parking lots for whom Greentek provided 160 LED fixtures of the newest-generation LEDs.
