Skanska sells second office building in Bucharest for 47 million Euro
Skanska sold its Building B office facility of Green Court Bucharest to Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd 2015-12-06 13:32:20 - From the Print Edition
The value of the transaction is approximately 47 million Euro and the closing of the contract is scheduled for Q4 2015.
Green Court Bucharest is a newly constructed A-class office project located in Bucharest's new central business district. It was commissioned for use in April 2015. The total leasable area of the sold Building B is around 18,600 sqm and is more than 80 percent is leased to major tenants such as Sanofi Romania, Adecco Romania, Carrefour Romania, Colgate Palmolive Romania, RINF Outsourcing Solutions. Green Court Bucharest is the first office complex developed by Skanska in Romania. It comprises of three office buildings with a total leasable area of approximately 54,500 sqm. The office complex is expected to be LEED Gold certified and features sustainable solutions used to minimize the building's environmental footprint and significantly reduce its operating costs.
