Dan Ivanov joins the valuation department of DTZ Echinox

Dan Ivanov holds a master in financial and capital markets analysis, being also member of RICS since 2008 and ANEVAR-The National Association of Authorised Romanian Valuers, since 2003. Previous DTZ< Ivanov founded and led the valuation department for three years within Jones Lang LaSalle Romania, with a portfolio including Immofinanz and CBRE GI. Also, before, he worked and got promoted to commercial valuation manager within SHM Smith Hodgkinson Romania.
The valuation department of DTZ Echinox has ten members, with four managers being RICS licensed and seven being ANEVAR members. In 2015, the valuation department of DTZ achieved over 500 valuation contracts, with assets exceeding 3 billion euro, for clients such as: NEPI, Petrom, Rompetrol, Telekom, Auchan, Banca Comercială Romana, UniCredit Bank, Intesa Sanpaolo, Marfin Bank, OTP, Banca Romaneasca, Bank of Cyprus and Decathlon Romania.
