Energy Sustainable Day-Workshop on ISO 50001 and Energy Efficiency on residential buildings

ARPEE, Romanian Association for Promoting Energy Efficiency announced it had organized a workshop under the aegid of EUSEW (European Union Energy Sustainable Energy Weekam, an initiative of European Commission.

The event took place at Petrom City and gathered representatives from financial sector, NGOs, analysists of energy sector, academic representatives and presidents of residential administrations. The ARPEE representatives stated that the workshop delivered topics regarding the energy management in buildings and industry, implementation of ISO 50001 standard, with presentations coming from: Gerard Verdebout, president of ARPEE, Madalin Apostol , special projects manager of Manager at OMV Petrom, Serban Danciu, Country Initiative Manager BPIE, Mihai Mereuta, president Liga Habitat, Raluca Florea, Certification and Business Enhancement, Business Manager-SGS, and Claudiu Butacu, president Solar Decatlon association. The workshop was hosted by Alexandra Diala, executive director ARPEE.
