Argo Group and JLL announce the selling of Shopping City Sibiu in record transaction to NEPI

Argo Group and JLL announce the selling of Shopping City Sibiu of 79.100 rentable area sqm in record transaction estimated at 100 million Euro to investment fund NEPI.

This is the largest transaction recorded outside Bucharest this year, according to Andrei Vacaru, associate director, Capital Markets, JLL Romania. Shopping City Sibiu launched with the first stage in november 2006 and has tenants such as hypermarkets Carrefour, Auchan, and international rands such as Adidas, Altex, Benvenuti, H&M, KFC, Jysk, Lems, Leroy Merlin, Mobexpert, Nobila Casa and Rovere Mobili The transaction has been managed within a process of 12 months by a team formed by Andrei Vacaru from JLL and Maxime Otto, consultant Capital Markets.

PeliFilip assisted Argo Group in the sale of the Shopping City Sibiu retail park to NEPI.
