Hidroelectrica expected to exceed 1 billion lei gross profit in the first eight months this year
The Romanian state power producer Hidroelectrica will outdo the 1 billion lei milestone gross profit in the first eight months this year, the company announced 2016-09-05 14:16:09
The company representatives also stated that the company is estimated to have sold in August this year over 1.3 TWh, a value over 236 million lei, according to a company press release.
The gross profit registered in the analyzed interval is 13 per cent larger compared to the first eight months of previous year, while the turnover of 1.9 billion lei estimated at the end of July 2016 is 8 per cent smaller compared to the same interval of past year. The results are triggered by the diminished energy prices from 165 lei MWh last year to 156 lei MWh registered in the first seven months this year.
