Palace Estate brokered deals valued at 10 million Euro last year
Real estate brokerage and consultancy company Palace Estate brokered real estate deals valued at 10 million Euro in 2016, a press release shows. 2017-02-02 15:21:04
"Last year we saw an increasing demand for the investment segment, both for lands acquired for future developments and for income producing assets," says Yaniv Dahan, CEO and founder of Palace Estate. "Among the main deals that Palace Estate brokered in 2016 we mention: three plots of land located in Unirii, Domenii and Pipera, with values over one million Euro each, two business centres in the North area of Bucharest, each sold for two million Euro, and premium and luxury apartments worth of two million Euro."
Palace Estate sells apartments and villas on the luxury and medium high segments of the real estate market. In terms of demand from end-users in 2016, the Palace Estate official stated: "Our clients are looking for spacious apartments, over 100 sqm., with two or three bedrooms and have budgets that start from 120,000 Euro and reach 450,000 Euro. We also receive demands for villas, over three bedrooms and with generous gardens, the budgets framing between 250,000 – 600,000 Euro."
For 2017, Palace Estate estimates an increasing demand for Pipera area given the finalizing of infrastructure works, as well as the explosive increase of the adjacent office area that brings new clientele for residential segment.
