JLL appoints Alina Cojocaru as head of valuation department

Alina Cojocaru was appointed head of valuation department at JLL Romania, starting February 15, a press release shows. She will be responsible for the extension of JLL valuation portfolio by providing medium and long term solutions for the development of this department of the company.

With over nine years' experience in the real estate market, Alina Cojocaru joined the evaluation department of JLL in 2015 as senior valuer. She is also a member of ANEVAR (National Association of Authorized Romanian Valuers) and RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).

"Romanian valuation market is going through a challenging period, but I am convinced that together with the whole team of JLL we will continue to offer high quality services for our clients," said Alina Cojocaru, head of valuation at JLL. "The real estate market is on an upward trend and it offers important opportunities in terms of developing new projects and assets acquisition."
