Nestle Romania announces the highest turnover in the last eight years
Last year, Nestle Romania registered the highest turnover since 2008 and the highest growth in the region, a press release shows. 2017-03-28 15:49:21
The company had a 13 per cent increase in 2016, a total growth of 100 million RON (22 million Euro), compared to last year, in the context of a balanced portfolio. As for the performance of the production line, Nestle's factory in Timisoara recorded the highest volume of production since 2010, with exports to 25 countries.
"Last year we made all efforts to strengthen relations with our partners and stakeholders, both through direct meetings and the successful continuation of the long-term bilateral projects," said Herve de Froment, general manager of Nestle Romania. "2016 was a very important year for us. We have invested consistently in the future to move ahead with innovation both globally and locally."
Nestle is the biggest nutrition company worldwide, with over 335,000 employees and 436 factories in 85 countries.
