Sibiu and Timisoara, top priorities for investors in Romania
Sibiu and Timisoara are top priorities for investors who are interested to come to Romania, as revealed by the fifth edition of Cities of Tomorrow conference, organized by the German-Romanian Chamber of Commerce. 2017-03-30 16:13:47
Romanian cities have a huge urban potential, according to Peter Zlonicky, director of the urban studies bureau in Munchen.
"Cities of Tomorrow" 2017 was dedicated to the urban and regional competitiveness in stimulating sustainable development of Romania's cities and regions. Successful promoting of a city or region means the successful cooperation of all stakeholders and is a key factor for efficient development. International participants had a debate on the topic of competitiveness of cities and regions.
In times of growing mobility and internationalization of goods, services, labour and capital, Romanian regions are faced with increased competition with other regions of the world. Efficient cooperation between all stakeholders involved in regional development helps create an investment-friendly business environment and related economic advantages.
