Alesonor to invest 12 million Euro in expansion of Amber Gardens and two new projects in Bucharest

Alesonor, the developer of the green residential project Amber Gardens, will invest 12 million Euro this year to add 21 houses in the complex and to develop two new energy efficient residential projects, focusing on the premium segment in Bucharest.

2017-04-03 00:45:01 - From the Print Edition

The new houses will be built alongside the 25 units that have already been sold and which should be completed by the end of this year. In total, the complex will host up to 50 houses.

"We get tremendous feedback from customers, which confirms that we correctly identified the need for energy-efficient homes and our efforts are really appreciated," said Alex Skouras, managing partner of Alesonor, who added that the local housing market is prepared to accommodate more green building projects. "Amber Gardens' success confirms that the market is ready for more housing projects and green investments and Alesonor will continue in this direction."

Amber Gardens is located in the northern part of Bucharest, near the Baneasa forest. The total investment capital of Alesonor stands at about 45 million Euro. Alesonor is a real estate development company founded in Romania in 2003. Having its headquarters in the centre of Bucharest, Alesonor's main objective is to acquire and develop land and properties based on realistic values of the current market position. Alesonor develops residential, commercial and industrial projects throughout Romania.
