Intrarom and Genesys receive Best Use of Technology award
Intrarom, the Romanian subsidiary of Intracom Telecom, announced today that it has received the "Best Use of Technology Award - for Raiffeisen Bank" jointly with Genesys. 2017-04-11 17:13:06
Intrarom and Genesys helped Raiffeisen Bank Romania improve delivery of customer experience through an integration of applications and functionalities using the most advanced technologies.
Intrarom implemented a complete contact-centre platform for almost 400 workstations based on Genesys equipment. The platform includes functionalities such as inbound calls, outbound campaigns, IVR, chat, SMS and Facebook integration, reporting thus facilitating customer-facing teams at Raiffeisen Romania to effortlessly engage with customers across all touchpoints, channels and interactions and deliver personal and unique customer experience that drive ongoing results and increase customer loyalty.
"Through the innovative solutions implemented by Intrarom and Genesys, Raiffeisen Bank expanded its options for customer interaction across multiple remote access channels," said Aneta Dan, customer care director, Raiffeisen Bank Romania. "The technology aimed mainly to simplify the access to necessary information and to expand all the available customer options for contacting the bank. Depending on context and preferences, customers have the option to choose the way they want to find out specific details about the bank's products and services."
