Sinziana Pardhan joins P3 as new acquisitions director in Romania

Pan-European logistics property investor-developer P3 has appointed Sinziana Pardhan as its new acquisitions director in Romania, a press release shows.

With extensive experience in investments, acquisitions and disposals, Pardhan spent nine years working at the real estate consultancy Colliers. Previously she collaborated with SOPOLEC and the Romanian Green Building Council as well as completing consultancy assignments with the US Department of Commerce (Central and Eastern Europe Business Information Center), Dominican Republic's Competitive Council and The Global Knowledge Partnership (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia).

"I am passionate about uncovering new opportunities, so P3 Romania is a great opportunity for me," said Sinziana Pardhan. "P3 is a solid and very dynamic organisation with strong expansion plans across Europe and I am very excited about joining the team in Romania and making my own contribution to its continued growth."

P3 currently has a total of 305,000 sqm in 11 warehouses at P3 Bucharest park. P3 has recently completed three new buildings at P3 Bucharest park and is also looking to expand in Bucharest as well as central and western parts of the country.
