The company already owns a logistics park in Cluj County, CTPark Cluj I, located in Apahida, with a leasable area of 23,000 sqm completed last year.

CTPark Cluj II will be developed on a land of 65,000 sqm. The project is in the licensing, design and tender phase for subcontractors. The construction will be completed in two stages: in March 2018 and in the second half of next year.

The new logistics park will have a total of 29,000 sqm GLA, out of which approximatively 8,000 sqm are already leased by one of CTP's strategic clients. The remaining 21,000 sqm constitute a single warehouse with a flexible structure that allows space to be divided into different sizes, depending on customer's needs, from 1,500 sqm to 10,500 sqm.

While working on the construction of the new CTPark Cluj II, CTP continues to develop the first logistic park in the area from its portfolio. The company invests approximately 4.5 million Euro in the 10,500 sqm expansion of CTPark Cluj I, located in Apahida, at 13 km from the centre of
Cluj-Napoca and near the airport. The warehouse will be completed in November 2017 and will be occupied by the strategic client of CTPark Cluj I, the retailer Profi.

CTP is a commercial real estate developer and manager, specializing in the delivery and management of custom-built, business parks for leading international and domestic companies making strategic investments in new or expanded operations in Central Europe.
