Zacaria develops the first private industrial park in Craiova
The construction works on the new business park in Craiova are ongoing and the first 10,000 sqm of industrial space will be delivered by the end of the year, the Romanian real estate developer Zacaria has announced today. 2017-09-22 11:36:29
Southern Industrial Park will cover an area of 43,000 sqm of class A industrial space, fully equipped for activities such as storage, logistics, cross-docking or manufacturing.
Southern Industrial Park, located in Craiova, is Zacaria's first investment in the Southern region of the country and comes as a response to the increasing demand in the area for premium industrial spaces.
Construction of the first phase, comprising of a 33.000 sqm warehouse suitable for storage, manufacturing, services or logistics purposes, will be completed early next year.
"Southern Industrial Park marks one of the most important investments for Zacaria and we took the decision to develop this property after receiving requests from our clients," said Emilia Tepes, National Sales Director, Zacaria. "The space will be divided on request in units of minimum 500 sqm. The first clients have already commissioned for lease units in the new warehouse."
Southern Industrial Park was acquired in 2015 and has a total area of 100,000 sqm. Located next to the Ford production facility, on Henry Ford street, it provides quick access to the main roads towards Pitesti, Bucharest and the Bulgarian and Serbian borders.
