CTP wins two awards at real estate gala
CTP was awarded with two important distinctions by an international publication, at a gala dedicated to the Romanian real estate market. 2017-12-11 14:18:03
The ceremony took place on 7th of December and CTP won Best Warehouse Development and Developer of the Year award for the 100,000 sqm GLA that were delivered this year in CTPark Bucharest West and Best Leadership of the Year award as a recognition of Ana Dumitrache's activity as Co-Country Head of CTP Romania.
These awards mark the end of a year in which CTP was extremely active on the market and had the fastest development pace since its entry on the local market. The company plans to reach a total leasable area of approximately 1 million sqm in Romania by the end of 2018.
In 2017 CTP delivered 100,000 sqm GLA in CTPark Bucharest West comprised in three class A warehouses leased to numerous clients: Quehenberger Logistics, Tibbett Logistics, KLG Europe Logistics Romania, Geodis, NOD.
