Skanska Romania appoints Aurelia Luca as new managing director

Skanska Property Romania, the local division of one of the largest real estate developers, announces changes at the top of management in Romania. Marcin Lapinski, Managing Director for Skanska Property Romania & Hungary, will be replaced by Aurelia Luca, the country director of Skanska Property Romania.

In her new position as managing director of the division, Aurelia Luca will continue Skanska′s mission to develop sustainable office buildings.

The company's operations will continue in Bucharest, where it is already present in the center-west and north areas of the capital, through the Campus 6 and Equilibrium projects.

"I am extremely proud to be the leader and at the same time part of a team of professional, enthusiastic and dedicated people," said Aurelia Luca, managing director Skanska Romania. "Together, we will undoubtedly continue the road we set out in 2011 - one defined by our values and the desire to provide customers in the local market with spaces that reflect the innovation, experience and quality Skanska is renowned for globally."
