2018-01-31 12:02:25

Compared to 2014, the year of the listing of Electrica on the Bucharest and London stock exchanges, the investment program of the distribution operators within the Group (SDEE Muntenia Nord, SDEE Transilvania Nord and SDEE Transilvania Sud) is 2.5 times higher in 2017.

In the four years since the listing, Electrica invested 2.1 billion RON in the distribution infrastructure to significantly improve the quality of services at the level of the entire community.

"The modernization of the distribution networks continues to be the priority of the Electrica Group, so for this year, we have proposed a record investment worth 900 million RON, probably the most ambitious plan in the energy sector," said Catalin Stancu, general manager of Electrica. "Our goal is to increase the operational efficiency and the quality of the services offered, so that the average unplanned interruption time per user - SAIDI - will reach the level in the Central European countries."
