Colliers International appoints Daniela Popescu as associate director for its office department
As of February 1, Daniela Popescu joined as an associate director the office department of the Colliers International Romania real estate consultancy after more than 12 years in the company. 2018-02-05 11:25:51
Daniela Popescu is part of the Colliers International team since 2005. She has worked in the residential department and subsequently in the consulting division, and in 2012 she has taken over as Head of Research, being involved in various reports and forecasts on the real estate market Romania.
The last two years she dedicated exclusively to the retail market and, as associate director of the retail department, worked with most of the large owners (Oasis Retail & Development, Sonae Sierra, Liebrecht & Wood) and the main tenants in the market and with a series of new names.
The last few years have made major changes in the office market: buildings have become more than a workplace facility, and developers have begun to pay more attention to the work environment of employees because of the increased demand of companies.
