H&M Romania will take up a superior floor in Unirii View, where it will relocate its headquarter and also set up a showroom for partners and public influencers
Unirii View will have approximately 17,500 square meters and will be the tallest modern office building in downtown Bucharest. The project is due to be delivered this summer.
"The most popular fashion brand in Romania will establish its future headquarter in Unirii View, which validates once again the project as a top notch property for blue chip companies," said Andreea Paun, managing partner of real estate consultant Griffes, in charge with leasing strategy and commercial management of Unirii View.
The company was assisted in the lease transaction by real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
Unirii View is being developed on Corneliu Coposu Boulevard, only five minutes away from Unirii Square, and will be delivered in the summer of 2018. Unirii View will be the tallest modern office building in downtown Bucharest, with 19 floors (73 meters) and a leasable area of approximately 17,500 square meters.
Several companies have already chosen Unirii View for their future headquarters, among whom are NTT Data Romania, Pernod Ricard Romania and Red Bull Romania.
