Deloitte Romania assists transactions exceeding 500 million Euro in the last three months
Deloitte M&A specialists assisted in transactions exceeding half a billion Euro during the past three months, providing support buy-side and sell-side in M&A, due diligence, tax and legal. 2018-06-25 13:03:28
Deloitte has established a dedicated M&A team in the Tax function led by Alin Chitu, Tax Director. In his new role, he will focus on streamlining the integration of tax services in M&A transactions, consolidating the firm's M&A practice.
"This new role represents a significant challenge that gives me the opportunity to use my expertise and market connectivity in order to focus on leading the M&A team in the Tax function," said Alin Chitu. "At the same time, I am honoured to become a part of Deloitte Romania's M&A multidisciplinary practice and therefore to contribute to its development and achievements."
With 15 years of experience, Chitu specializes in corporate tax matters, covering a broad range of international and domestic taxation, as well as various transaction implications. He has been a board member and supervisory board member in several companies, being actively involved in complex M&A and due diligence projects over the years.
