Valentina Dinu and Adrian Suta, new members in ARIR’s Board of Directors
The Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR), the only professional association for best practices in investor relations in Romania, announces the appointment of two new members in the Association’s Board of Directors, following the vote of all members of the Association.
Valentina Dinu is Head of Communication and Investor Relations Department at Nuclearelectrica and Adrian Suta is Investor Relations Officer at Transelectrica. Daniela Serban, Adrian Tanase, Ioana Birsu and Tony Romani are also members of ARIR’s Board of Directors.
”Setting up an Investor Relations Association was a necessary step in the context of increasing visibility of the Romanian capital market and I supported this project from the beginning. I believe that the communication with investors function has begun to be understood, also in Romania, as a strategic one, and thus the need to build a platform for the professionals from this field,” said Valentina Dinu.
Adrian Suta added: “ARIR is a new and necessary presence in the gearing of the Romanian capital market. The Association has begun to promote a greater openness of the issuers towards investors, supports the implementation of effective rules and mechanisms of good governance in order to provide the relevant information for investment decisions. I am convinced that ARIR will have an important contribution to the development of the local capital market.”
