P3 extends contract with ELIT Romania for 8,500 sqm warehousing spaces, 1,300 sqm for offices

Pan-European logistics property investor-developer P3 has announced the signing of a prolongation contract with ELIT Romania for 8,500 sqm warehousing spaces and 1,300 sqm for offices. ELIT Romania is present in P3 Bucharest A1 park since 2013.

We are partners both in Romania and in the Czech Republic, responding to their needs and requirements. Being located in a strategic spot specific to ELIT’s type of business, our aim is to support their development within the P3 community. Therefore, we will arrange additional office space, together with a special docking system that will increase the efficiency of the deliveries and the usage of the space,” says Sînziana Pardhan, Managing Director P3 in Romania.
