Lucian Enaru is the new general manager of Schneider Electric Romania and the Republic of Moldova
Starting with February 1, 2020, Lucian Enaru takes over the position of general manager of Schneider Electric Romania and the Republic of Moldova. This appointment comes at the end of Marius Persinaru’s four-year term.
Marius Persinaru has led the development of the Schneider Electric Romania business, using his management and leadership experience of over two decades within some of the leading international companies, both in Romania and globally.
“I came to Schneider Electric in a period of transformation,” says Marius Persinaru. “My role was to structure the organization in a new regional context and in a moment of industry redefinition. This led to the consolidation of the team and the creation of a solid organizational culture, capable of adapting and supporting the global strategic transformation. I believe that during these four years we have developed the local organization, and now, when he is in another stage and has a new set of goals, Lucian is the right man to carry on Schneider Electric’s plans.”
Marius Persinaru will be dedicated to the development of personal projects in the area of agro-business eco & bio, management consulting and strategic leadership.
Lucian Enaru will take over as General Manager after 13 years in the Schneider Electric team. Over time, Lucian has held various positions in sales and marketing, most recently being sales director. The new position represents a recognition of the professional achievements and experience gained and an opportunity to implement a new strategic direction of the business of over 70 million Euro.
