Banca Transilvania joins the Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR)
The Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR) announced that Banca Transilvania, the largest lender of the Romanian economy, becomes Associate Member of ARIR. The company is recognized for its activity of over 25 years in the banking sector and is the first bank listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The company’s market capitalisation increased on average by 50% per year since the listing.

Banca Transilvania is the largest bank from Romania in terms of assets, with a market share of over 16% and has over 3 million clients, out of which 700,000 credited clients. The company is also the only Romanian bank included in the 2019 Global Brand Finance Banking 500 ranking, with a brand value of $242 million.
