Arval: The Journey goes on for the support of a faster economy recovery
With the aim of supporting the overall economy recovery, Arval, the operational leasing and mobility concept leader worldwide, launches the “The Journey goes on” supporting campaign to meet the specific needs of its customers all over the markets.
The current campaign is especially designed to meet the distressed customers within the newly generated post-pandemic economic context and to support them in efficiently resuming the business, through safe, sustainable and efficient mobility solutions.
Firstly, the campaign will be launched on nine European markets such as: France, Italy, UK, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Belgium and Romania. Further on, it will be available all over the countries where Arval runs leasing operations.
The Journey goes on in FOUR DIRECTIONS with the aim of economy redressing:
Your car. RIGHT NOW! – Flexible and immediate rental in the form of a new product: Mid-Term Rental (MTR).
Sustainable leasing – We meet the needs of customers through various offers of electric and hybrid vehicles
Full operational adjustment – To comply the rules of social distancing and to ensure the safe and healthy interactions of Arval vehicle users
Cost optimization through contract extensions – Identifying the best solutions to optimize the contract duration in order to obtain the reduction of future installments
Since the Covid-19 crisis onset, Arval has taken all measures to support its customers in minimizing the effects of the imposed restrictions. Following the recent start of the easing limitations period, new mobility trends emerge on the market: widening the scope of work from home, more intense use of door to door services, increasing protection and sanitation expectations, as well as the need for alternative mobility solutions. In order to support its clients – companies, either large multinationals or SMEs and micro-enterprises – Arval launches the “The Journey Goes On” solutions package.
“A few months ago, Arval launched a new slogan, “For the many journeys in life”. Today, more than ever, we believe that our mission is to support our clients and employees to go through the difficult new “journey” in which we have been engaged together. They all demand more flexibility, as well as more security. We want to meet the demands and “The Journey Goes On” is exactly the answer, “says Alain Van Groenendael, CEO and Chairman of Arval Group.
Nowadays, the personal car is the safest transportation option. That is why it must be supported by a flexible contract, affordable and immediately available to people. These are also the features of the Mid Term rental option provided by Arval:
- A full-service solution, flexible, simple and at a competitive price that meets the need for mobility for a period between 1 to 24 months
- Wide range of vehicles in all car classes
- Immediate availability – Sufficient stock of sanitized vehicles, available immediately and adapted for employees who prefer a safer solution to the public transportation.
- Flexible duration – Adapting the leasing duration to clients’ needs, even during the contract
- Fast delivery and return – By simplifying processes and delivery to the customer’s premises
Arval has always been committed to the needs of its customers. Since the start of the pandemic, Arval met the needs of distressed clients by revising contract terms, especially with the aim of expanding the contract duration. “The Journey Goes On” newly launched campaign has been developed in the same spirit, to reduce the mobility costs and to support the redressing of customers’ economic activities.
