ON Semiconductor leases 3,200 sqm in The Light office project

ON Semiconductor, an American provider of integrated circuit and semiconductor solutions signed for 3,200 sqm office space in the first building of The Light project developed by River Development.

The Light One is the first of the three Class A office buildings planned in the mixed-use office and residential project. The building has a leasable area of 21,653 sqm (GLA) and a height regime of 11 floors (2S plus P plus 11 levels).

Currently, the building is 90% leased. In addition to ON Semiconductor, tenants are already installed in the building such as: Regina Maria Medical Clinic, with the largest private pediatric polyclinic in Bucharest, the new Kinetic center, the Sweat Concept One wellness center, Comdata’s multilingual Customer Management center, CTP – the market leader in industrial and logistics spaces in Romania and in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as other new tenants that will be installed in the next period.
