People are at the core of our business, we felt very responsible to pay back to community, we performed a large amount of hiring this year. We created internal and external programs, adjusted to WFH, we organized internal contests to keep them committed and engaged. We designated programs to empower our employees to engage them into our strategies.
It has become ore difficult to work from home, it is harder and harder to be away from peers. The internal programs and make people feel better while working from home emerged along the process. At our 10-year anniversary, we sent a party kit to all our employees and enjoyed at home, so that the feedback was really amazing, and people felt empowered and appreciated. It is very important to find the balance between work and leisure. In our business, it has to work both ways or no way.
