Horváth & Partners carried out consulting projects worth 64 million Euro in 15 years of activity in Romania
The management consulting company Horváth & Partners celebrates 15 years of activity on the Romanian market and announces that it has carried out over 300 projects worth around 64 million Euro.
The representatives of Horváth & Partners consider that the three main trends that will materialize in the next two years, at the level of the business environment, are: (1) accelerating the digital transformation, continuous and dizzying growth of online sales channels and emphasizing the improved customer experience; (2) focusing organizations on increasing innovation capacity and investing in green technologies; and (3) focusing on concrete sustainability actions, especially in the energy, transport, agricultural and industrial sectors.
The company offers consulting services both in small and medium-sized projects, with values around 50,000 Euro, and for large transformation projects, which can exceed 2-3 million Euro.
“These 15 years of activity on the local market have been an extraordinary journey for us. Although the decision to open the local office was closely linked to Petrom’s post-merger integration project, another reason was the country’s very good position in the region. In addition, Romania was heading at the time to join the European Union, which would offer the country’s business landscape a new window of opportunity and significant development potential,” said Kurt Weber, General Manager of Horváth & Partners Romania.
From its establishment until now, the Romanian office of Horváth & Partners has carried out local and regional projects in a wide range of specialties such as: redesigning the business model and supporting organizational transformation in the upstream sector of the oil and gas industry, model transformation business through outsourcing projects, process management and S / 4HANA, human resources management, implementation of planning solutions, development of business plans for investments and new market segments.
