Vivek Bakshi, Wipro: “My focus for 2021 is to simplify things”

“2020 was a challenging year for us but we also learned a lot of things. We had to turn things around and also protect our employees. One very important thing is that trust became key inside the organization. Agility and the ability to quickly innovate were very important. We were able to turn things around very quickly in 2020,” Vivek Bakshi, General Manager – International Operations (Europe) at Wipro Technologies said during the Leaders Debate within The Diplomat Awards Gala 2021.

“I’ve seen an appetite of people for more opportunities to learn new things. Relationships are important, trust is important. My focus for this year is to simplify things, because that way we can become more agile. We should simplify processes, simplify life.”
