Romanian real estate developer Impact appoints new development director

Romanian real estate developer Impact announces the appointment of Constantin Sebesanu as Development Director. With over 25 years of experience in project development and asset management, he will help expand the company nationally through new sustainable constructions.

Within Impact, I will coordinate the development of several sustainable projects, to a high standard of quality, which will contribute both to improving the quality of living and to the development of the areas in which we will build,” said Constantin Sebesanu, Development Director of Impact Developer & Contractor.

During his 25 years of experience in project development and asset management, Constantin Sebeșanu actively participated in the initiation and operation of dozens of projects, thus supporting the decision-making process for sustainable development and investment success. The new Development Director of Impact attended the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest and holds majors in Strategic and Financial Management, acquired at Cornell and Boston Universities.

In January 2021, Impact Developer & Contractor began the construction of the New Greenfield (Phase IV development), with the objective of implementing an environmentally responsible building concept that meets the highest energy efficiency standards.
