Stradale to open new location in the Miro office project in Bucharest

Stradale is planning to open a new location, shaped by a restaurant and a specialty coffee shop within MIRO, the office building developed by Speedwell in Bucharest. Griffes, the real estate consulting company founded by Andreea Păun, assisted Stradale in leasing the space.

The 23,000 sqm office building is under construction in the northern Bucharest area with delivery planned for the end of this year. Miro will be located close to the future Tokyo metro station. The project is offering tenants a floor plate of over 4,500 sqm and numerous car parks managed through a smart parking system.

Stradale and Mitzu Coffee Shop will be located on the ground floor of the building, benefitting also from an outdoor terrace, open to both MIRO tenants and the general public.

This is the 15^th Stradale restaurant, after the restaurants located in Bucharest Business Park, Expo Park, two in Oregon Park, in Orhideea Towers, in Willbrook Platinum Center, in Kaufland, in Globalworth Pipera, in Campus 6.1, in the USA Embassy, in Edenland Park, in Cluj and two others in private schools: American International School of Bucharest & International British School of Bucharest.
