Romgaz extends the mandate of its CEO

Romgaz Board of Directors approved the extension of Aristotel Marius Jude mandate as Chief Executive Officer for a four months period, starting with April 13, 2021.

He was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Romgaz for a 2 months temporary mandate, starting with February 13, 2021.

Romgaz also appoints  Razvan Popescu as Chief Financial Officer for a four months period, starting with April 14, 2021.
