AFI Europe Romania invests 1.6 million Euro in refurbishment of Lakeview office building

AFI Europe Romania started in April 2021 the works for the refurbishment of all the common areas in AFI Lakeview office building, an investment of around 1.6 million Euro.

The A Class office building is part of AFI’s office portfolio, located in Center-North part of Bucharest, in one of the Capital’s most exclusive areas.

AFI Lakeview offers 25,500 sqm GLA of A class modern office spaces, with a complex architecture combined into 2-height levels of the building: GF+14 and GF+7, 4 underground parking levels and storage spaces.

AFI Europe Romania had recently installed a professional air purification system in all the buildings, including in AFI Lakeview. This system purifies the air through ionisation and destroys the bacteria and viruses, including COVID-19.
