Romgaz appoints Aristotel Marius Jude as CEO for a four-month temporary mandate

Romgaz Board of Directors, adjourned in the meeting on June 30, 2021, appointed Aristotel Marius Jude as Chief Executive Officer, starting with August 14, 2021, for a 4-month temporary mandate.

The company has also appointed Razvan Popescu as Chief Financial Officer, starting with August 15, 2021, for a 4-month temporary mandate.
