A&D Pharma, part of Dr.Max Group, leased a 9,000 sqm warehouse in CTPark Sibiu

Cushman & Wakefield Echinox (CWE) provided support for A&D Pharma in analyzing the available options and choosing the solution that meets the requirements in terms of layout, customization options according to the client specifications, and negotiating the comercial terms of the transaction.
A&D Pharma, part of Dr.Max Group, has over 25 years of experience on the local market and is one of the largest pharmaceutical groups in Romania offering pharmaceutical retail services and medicine distribution. In Romania, A&D Pharma operates through two business lines, both of strategic importance: the medicine distribution line, Mediplus Exim SRL and the pharmaceutical retail line, Dr.Max and Sensiblu.
