Vestra invests 180,000 Euro in ThinkOut
Vestra, the cluster specializing in the utilities and industrial automation industry, has invested 180,000 Euro in the cash flow analysis and planning platform, ThinkOut, which provides support to companies in managing and monitoring capital flow, giving them an overview on their own finances.
Increasing the level of performance and exploiting new opportunities that offer customers reliable solutions tailored to new requirements are the main objectives that constantly generate partnerships with the best suppliers of equipment and services worldwide. Thus, Vestra’s decision to invest in the ThinkOut platform was based primarily on the digitization and automation of processes within small and medium-sized companies, in order to develop the fintech Open Banking field at a fast pace.
“Our principles are customer-centered, and our focus is primarily on consumer requirements. We are pleased to announce the investment in the ThinkOut platform and, at the same time, to contribute to the expansion of the product on the Central and Eastern European market by relying on small companies or users who have a larger customer portfolio. This investment, an example of a “Win-Win” partnership, demonstrates that when there is vision and determination, there is no obstacle to achieving a performance-oriented partnership between a start-up and a cluster specialized in industry, familiar with the latest technologies and models of process automation,” says Vlad Iftime, Managing Partner Vestra.
The crisis generated by the SARS-CoV-2 virus and its impact on the business environment have once again emphasized the importance of maintaining a stable cash flow in the business. Managers and entrepreneurs who pay attention to this aspect, an extremely important one in running a business, have a long-term gain even in the event of a long-term economic crisis.
“We expect to identify a positive impact of the platform in the European market and look at ThinkOut as a Romanian business connected to the economy of Central and Eastern Europe. We also rely on consolidating partnerships in Romania, Hungary and Poland,” says Vlad Iftime, Managing Partner of Vestra.
With the help of Vestra Industry, TBNR Investments Iași and Transylvania Angels Network, ThinkOut obtained funds of over 250,000 Euro for the development of the cash flow platform, the consolidation of partnerships and the expansion on the UK market.
The ThinkOut solution is mainly aimed at small and medium-sized companies, service companies or companies present in the online environment that depend on this rapid development environment and rely on digitization and process automation, so that entrepreneurs operate efficiently.
