Mihai Matei, CEO Essensys: “We have implemented the platform for global covid vaccine distribution”

“We work a lot abroad, maybe over 80% of our clients are not from Romania. One of our major clients is the World Health Organization. Last year, we implemented the global covid vaccine distribution platform. So, almost all covid vaccines that have been distributed in this world through the WHO are distributed through a digital platform developed by us. We also have projects with the World Bank and the OSCE,” Mihai Matei, CEO Essensys, President of ANIS Romania said during Smart Transformation Forum organized by The Diplomat-Bucharest.
“I have always been concerned with the digitalization of the public sector. Where do you start digitizing? Let’s say you’re in a public institution and you have money and political will and you’re wondering where to start, even so it’s complicated. Today I present a practical solution for digitizing a public institution, namely Dynamic Dox, a platform in which we have invested a lot both financially and in terms of time and effort. This platform allows essentially 3 things: rapid digitization of internal work processes, digitization of document flows and more recently, what we are launching soon, is a component of a public portal for the digitization of public services. Basically, with this platform a public institution can very quickly set up electronic forms, digital processes and publish them on a public site so that citizens can interact digitally with that institution. The big advantage is that you don’t need development, so you don’t need talent, a skilled programming person, to be able to do an implementation.”
