The Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR) announces that One United Properties, one of the most active real estate developers of premium residential projects, state-of-the-art offices and mixed-use buildings in Bucharest, joins ARIR as Associate Member.
One United Properties was listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange this year, on July 12, following an initial primary public offering through which it attracted 260 million RON from investors active in the capital market, becoming the third largest Romanian entrepreneurial company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. On September 20, 2021, ONE shares entered BET index, which tracks the evolution of the most liquid shares listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

One United Properties is one of the most important developers in the Romanian real estate market in the residential segment, being present in Bucharest and Constanța, including Mamaia. The residential segment is the main field of activity of the company, to which is added the construction of offices and projects with mixed use, residential-commercial, as well as the activity of real estate investments in land and buildings, but also office rental.
ARIR was founded at the initiative of Daniela Șerban in November 2018 together with the founding members: Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), ALRO, Electromagnetica, Franklin Templeton Management – Bucharest office, Hidroelectrica, Nuclearelectrica, Teraplast, Transelectrica, Cosmin Răduță and Tony Romani. Electrica, OMV Petrom, Antibiotice, Purcari, Idea Bank, BRK Financial Group, Banca Transilvania, Transgaz, Biofarm, MedLife, Romcarbon, Farmaceutica REMEDIA, Autonom, Impact Developer & Contractor and 2Performant joined the community as Associate Members. INNOVA Project Consulting, ENVISIA, RTPR, Intercapital Invest, eVote and Mazars became Affiliate Members.
