One United Properties starts handover of the One Herastrau Towers project

One United Properties, developer of residential, mixed-use and office real estate, listed on the Main Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (symbol ONE), announces the handover for the development of One Herastrau Towers, located on 74A Nicolae Caranfil Street in Bucharest. The construction of the building was started two years ago, and now it will receive its residents and tenants. The gross development value (GDV) of this development is approximately 54.3 million Euro. One Herastrau Towers is currently 90 percent sold.

The development offers a modern concept that combines the residential element with the commercial one. The 2 residential towers include 139 housing units, while the ground floor and the first floor of the complex have an area of ​​about 5,000 square meters for commercial and office spaces.
