Iulius Mall Suceava invests 40 milion Euro in expansion

Iulius will invest 40 million Euro in the expansion of its mall in Suceava, a release shows. The expansion will feature a 14,000 sqm leasable area, structured as a retail park having direct access from the exterior, but connected to the mall as well. Another existing area of 10,000 sqm in Iulius Mall Suceava will be reconfigured and refitted.

In total, Iulius Mall Suceava will have an area of over 65,000 sqm, strengthening its position as largest shopping and entertainment venue in northern Romania.
