Catalin Lisman, Transelectrica: “We have several projects in preparation for which tenders will be launched this year”
“Transelectrica has the constant support of regulators and institutional actors to make the technological unloading on a 10-year vision happen in a coherent way.
Starting with the 2018 development plan, ANRE asked us to come up with a portfolio of digital projects because they wanted to recognize their costs in a different way than modernization projects.
Our department, with the support of the elements of expertise within the company, has generated and validated some pilot projects that have an impact not only on the services that Transelectrica provides, but also on creating a resonance in the energy market,” Catalin Lisman, Innovation Research Manager, Transelectrica said during Digital Transformation Conference – Energy & Utilities powered by The Diplomat-Bucharest.
“We have several projects in preparation for which tenders will be launched this year. What does the power station of the future look like? We are talking about a portfolio of projects that have gained weight with the help of solution providers, artificial intelligence, machine learning, augmented reality.
We want to understand the behavior of assets, how they age and what decisions we need to make. We focus on our customers and want to increase the performance of our services.
We are not alone in this path of digitization. We have concluded research and innovation partnership agreements with universities, consulting service providers, we want to see how we can get data with modern tools.
We create a new generation to ensure the transition from analog to digital through knowledge, testing and validation.”
