BCR launches ADA chatbot based on the Druid conversation platform

BCR launches the ADA chatbot, the virtual assistant that provides accurate and fast information, both in the area of ​​retail and corporate activity. The ADA is a change for virtual banking assistance, as it also provides support on financing and instant response programs to entrepreneurs in connection with European and national funds relevant to their business.

In addition, the BCR chatbot offers general assistance, as well as personalized information about the products or services owned by individual customers.

The ADA can handle a large number of requests to BCR customer interaction platforms. It is an evolving system, which learns and improves with the help of each conversation, after being exposed to over 25,000 possible questions during the implementation and testing period. For entrepreneurs, it provides information on options for developing a business or accessing financing from European and national funds in less than 10 minutes.
