About the new Leasing & Asset Management team
Anamaria Crețu joined the Skanska team in 2015, and in 2016 she took on the role of Asset Coordinator.
Starting in 2020, she became an Asset & Property Management Business Partner, a position from which she developed and coordinated the implementation of safety measures from the Equilibrium 1 project during the pandemic period, resulting in an increase in the return-to-office rate by more than 40%. Also from this position, Anamaria was involved in the process of obtaining the WELL Health-Safety Rating certification for all Skanska operational buildings in Romania.
From February 2022, Anamaria took over the role of Leasing & Asset Manager, from which she aimed to continue promoting Skanska projects and offering the best solutions for partners and clients. All these initiatives, along with the services offered by the building, the flexibility, promptness and good communication with the Building Management team were also reflected in the feedback from the tenants, who declared a 100% satisfaction level regarding the experience from office in the Equilibrium 1 building in both 2021 and 2022.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time in nature, hiking, paddle boarding or running, while also being part of the Skanska running team. She believes that the greatest achievement in this role is the success of offering the best personalized solutions tailored to the needs of each partner, throughout the collaboration. Her favorite project he has worked on in this role is Equilibrium 1, which he has been close to in all three years since it has been operational, having had the opportunity to meet, welcome and work with over 20 tenants.
The biggest challenge she faced in this role was working on balancing his perfectionist way of doing things and learning to get support from colleagues more often. A day’s work in this role begins with organizing and prioritizing activities, focusing both on future business development and attracting new partners, as well as maintaining a high level of satisfaction among existing tenants. What motivates and attracts her to this role¸ beyond the opportunity to meet interesting people every day, is the opportunity to make her own contribution to the company’s development plan.
Tamara Guleryuz became part of the Skanska team in 2016, in the role of Asset Coordinator, which she held until 2019.
From this position, she followed and coordinated the processes of setting up office spaces and relocating tenants in the Campus 6.1 project, establishing the premises for the good functioning of the building by carefully selecting the essential services. He played an active role in the divestment process of the building and helped to strengthen the relations with the tenants of Campus and Equilibrium.
She decided to continue her career with Skanska starting in July 2022, when she rejoined the team taking on the position of Leasing & Asset Manager. Sharing the company’s values of well-being and responsibility towards the environment and community and putting the customer first in her new role, Tamara wants to attract as many companies as possible whose employees can benefit from the advantages offered by the office spaces developed by Skanska. Outside of work, traveling, swimming and quality time with family are among his favorite activities.
