Maria Tudorica, Genesis Property: “Sustainability plays an extremely important role in our projects”
“We have had no shortage of challenges in recent years and we can say that the biggest challenge was the pandemic, which forced us to merge our professional and personal lives under the same roof, but which also helped us realize some important things related to our relationship with work, our relationship with those around us,” Maria Tudorica, Commercial Real Estate Manager, Genesis Property said during Workplace of the Future conference organized by The Diplomat-Bucharest.
“Genesys started an extensive process of transforming office spaces, because we need products that address the complexity of human nature. The Novo Park project in the north of Bucharest will be transformed into Yunity Park, a project that, in addition to offices, will have additional facilities such as food court, co-working, co-living, conference center, amphitheater in the middle of a garden and an urban forest.
In response to the pandemic, we developed the Immune standard, a complex standard that includes 135 measures that can be implemented in a building to increase the safety of employees who want to return to the office.
The campus tenants are very excited about the new project in the north of Bucharest, part of the project having already been completed and delivered. We have positive feedback from clients and thus we strengthen our partnership with our tenants.
Sustainability plays an extremely important role in our activity and in the projects we develop. We try to make costs more efficient and collaborate with tenants to find the best and most innovative solutions in this regard.”
